- You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information.
- Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply.
- Speed Sports may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: The item is out of stock, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
- Discounted and promotional items prices are rounded off to nearest Rs. 100
- Apply Discount Code / Apply Card Bin No For credit/debit card transactions, the BIN number entered must be identical to that of the credit/debit card being used to pay for your online purchase at the time of checkout. If the BIN number is not identical, your order will be cancelled and the charged amount will be reversed. Discount is only applicable for eligible bank promotions.
- After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product. The decision of the Company would be considered final in all cases. Items cannot be refunded for cash and can only be exchanged for goods of equal value at the time exchange. You may pay extra if you want to purchase goods at a higher cost.
- Customer service timings are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
